Using tcConference Web Conferencing Software

On July 11th Mark Sadecki, the Carroll Center’s Web Administrator, delivered a presentation to students in the Carroll Kids Summer Program. The group consisted of approximately 9 middle school aged children. The children learned about web conferencing and how they might benefit from this use of technology. They learned in detail, how to install tcConference software on their computers and to participate in a web conference. tcConference, by Talking Communities, is known for it’s accessibility to visually impaired users. The slides Mark used are available for download as a PowerPoint presentation.
