Blindsight Movie Premiere- a great success
The Boston premiere of the movie, Blindsight, held at the Museum of Fine Arts, was very well received by the near capacity audience, including many from The Carroll Center. The film is a powerful and touching documentary that highlights the lives of six Tibetan teenagers and their teacher, Sabriye Tenberken, who along with Paul Kronenberg founded their school, Braille Without Borders in Tibet. Their challenging mountain climb was led by famed mountain climber, Erik Weihenmayer.
After the showing of the film, Sabriye and Paul were available for questions and answers and made a special point to mention the great experience the Tibetan teens had when they visited The Carroll Center. They gained so much from their Carroll Center visit that all said it was the best part of their trip to the USA.
